Christa Hollis serves as Chief Operating Officer with Competing for Life. She’s been actively engaged in public outreach and non-profit organizations for more than ten years with historical, women’s health, and youth & fitness related groups. Her experience in public relations and organizational background makes her well suited to handle the day-to-day needs of the foundation as well as public relations, fundraising, community outreach, and grant writing needs. Her undergrad degree was earned in 2000 with Indiana University of Pennsylvania’s well respected pre-medical biology program. She continues her academic work with a Masters Degree with Grand Canyon University, based here in Phoenix. Her dedication to CFL goes back to the very beginning, and she’s inspired to work with the foundation, understanding the challenges her own young son may face as he grows up.
